Agreement to Terms

We are Yama Sciences Inc. and we offer an AI-powered service (the "Service") via our websites, including yamasciences.com (collectively, the "Site"). Paid Subscriptions

If you select a paid subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for all amounts due, including subscription fees and applicable taxes. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no refunds are issued for periods already paid.

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in force throughout the period you use the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting help@yamasciences.com. We may terminate your account for any reason at any time. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination.

Your Content; Privacy

You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any applicable law. You understand that we may review and remove content that violates these Terms. You retain ownership of Your Content; we hold only the limited licence necessary to operate the Service. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY OR ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE SERVICE OR ITS AI AGENTS.

Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS OR $100.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

For US-based users, any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to try informal resolution by contacting us at operations@yamasciences.com with the subject "DISPUTE RESOLUTION NOTICE". If unresolved after 60 days, formal proceedings may begin.

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Our failure to exercise any right or provision is not a waiver. We may assign our rights under these Terms without notice. Any statute of limitations applicable to claims under these Terms is limited to one (1) year from the date the claim arose.
